Matt initiates new projects, identifies development potentials, negotiates for properties and construction projects, as well as provides project planning and direction to team members.

Tommy works diligently to make sure material orders are processed, accurate, and on-time. He ensures that customers are getting the best possible deals on each and every purchase. Tommy's assistance in dealing with subcontractors on scheduling, payments, etc, is crucial to the quality of the finished project.
